Elizabeth Hamilton Volpe
Liz is a management educator who conducts research and teaches courses in the areas of human resource management, organizational behavior, negotiations, and women’s leadership. Most recently, she spent fourteen years as a management professor in the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University. In her current consulting practice, Liz works with organizations to provide customized education and coaching that support new manager development and women’s leadership initiatives.
Liz earned her PhD and MS in Organization Studies from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and her BS from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. In her free time Liz enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, two sons, and golden retriever.
