Karlie began with C4C as a college mentor while studying at Bridgewater State University. She is a proud first-generation college graduate with a BA in History and an M.Ed. from Lesley University. Karlie spent years as a classroom teacher before assuming her role as a recruitment specialist & has always been passionate about helping others, especially in the education field. She is an outdoor enthusiast who spends her free time with her friends, family, and her beagles.
