Jason Kropp
Jason Kropp is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at WilmerHale, a major international law firm. He practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public offerings and public company representation, and representation of venture-backed companies and venture capital investors. Mr. Kropp has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex transactions and has built a substantial practice working with local, national and international clients, advising start-ups and venture-backed companies, venture capital funds, underwriters, mature public companies and buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kropp worked as a legislative and press aide in the office of United States Representative William Delahunt, and as a legislative intern in the office of United States Representative Gerry Studds.
